1. Privacy

• AiPCBA has always attached great importance to your (user’s) privacy. We will absolutely protect and manage your (user’s) personal information. Your (user’s) privacy will never be revealed. If a partner is required to make a quotation for a product and provide relevant materials and information in the manufacturing process, the third party also absolutely abides by our non-disclosure agreement and privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy explains this in detail. By using our services, you also agree that we may process your information in the manner set out in the Privacy Policy.

3.General Conditions

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service, use the Service, or access the Service or any contacts on the website that provides the Service without our express written permission.
• The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these terms.

4. Account Management

• In order to use certain functions on the access service, you (the user) need to create an account. You (user) may not use another person's account and are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all information (including passwords) on your (user) account.
• AiPCBA cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your failure to comply with this security obligation for any and all activities that occur under your account as a result of your failure to keep this information secure and confidential.
• If you (user) discover that your account is using or accessing our services without authorization, including any unauthorized use of your password or account, you will have to immediately notify AiPCBA.
• We may terminate your access to the Services at any time without cause or notice if we believe that you have violated these terms and you may also terminate your account for any reason at any time in our sole discretion.

5. Price and Order

• AiPCBA's quotation is based on the information and data provided by you (the user) for this quotation and may change if the information and data change at the time of ordering. At the same time, the quotation is also based on real-time prices and costs in the market. If the cost of a certain part of the order changes at the time of order, the price may change. AiPCBA makes every effort to provide up-to-date and accurate information in relation to products and prices but does not guarantee the timeliness or accuracy of any such information.
• All order quantities and delivery times are subject to capacity review. When entering an order, the prices shown in the web form are only binding after confirmation and after the submitted documents have been checked. AiPCBA reserves the right to change the price or cancel the order if the submitted documents do not match the data entered in the order entry screen. In these cases, we will notify you of the changes. If your order has been canceled and you have already paid for the order, AiPCBA will refund the original payment method.
• AiPCBA is not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any of AiPCBA's quotations, and AiPCBA reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
• If you (user) need to cancel an order that is in production, you must bear all the costs incurred in the stage from purchase to production stop of this order.

6. PCB Manufacturing

• If you (user) send us your design files for PCB production in multiple formats (eg Gerbers and ODB++), it is your responsibility to ensure that the design is identical in both formats. We reserve the right to use any format you send us and do not cross-check between formats to ensure consistency.
• If you (the user) order any of the PCB products on our web page, the product specifications for our PCB production are based on the product specifications you select online, and the product specifications you select online take precedence over your product drawings or readme files.
• When AiPCBA produces your (user's) PCB, there may be simple optimizations of your design to ensure the board is manufactured correctly. Such changes will not affect the electrical functionality of the design. This type of optimization is the same as for most PCB manufacturers in the industry.

7. PCB Assembly and Components

• In PCB assembly, it is your (user’s) responsibility to provide complete and correct assembly data and documentation, BOM in Excel, assembly Gerber files, assembly drawings, special instructions, and XY Pick and Place data for SMT parts.
• You (user) are responsible for providing consistent and indistinguishable data. AiPCBA will attempt to identify any discrepancies in customer data, but AiPCBA is not responsible if some discrepancies are not discovered by AiPCBA. Any problems arising from such discrepancies in customer data are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• AiPCBA may partially ship your order. Your order will be considered shipped on time if at least 90% of the goods are shipped by the deadline.
• The time of PCB assembly refers to the time when all components, PCB, and assembly files are ready.
• If the PCB assembly is carried out in the case of customer-supplied components, it is your (user’s) responsibility to ensure that we can receive the components you send on the second day of the order. Otherwise, the PCB assembly will proceed according to the normal process and the goods will be delivered according to the order, then the order will be considered as a completed order. Then if you (the user) ask us to assemble the components provided by you, we need to charge the labor cost and related costs for the rework.
• When some components in the PCB assembly cannot be purchased in a short time, if AiPCBA clearly informs you (user), and you (user) still requests to start the PCB assembly, the PCB assembly will be carried out according to the normal process and according to the order. Delivery of the goods, the order will be considered a completed order. In the future, we will deliver the components that are not ready for assembly to you (the user) together with the order. If you ask us to assemble the components that are not in time for assembly, we need to charge the labor cost and related costs for the rework.
• For all orders (whether online or custom): We will always ask for your (user) approval before making any component replacements.

8. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. If payment in other currencies is required, AiPCBA's consent is required.
• Payment method: AiPCBA accepts silver transfer and PayPal payment.

9. Delivery Terms

• It is your (user’s) responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. Any additional shipping costs due to incorrect address details will be charged to the customer.
• During the delivery process, you (user) are responsible for paying any VAT, duties, duties, taxes, handling fees, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, etc. required to import consumer goods in your country.
• AiPCBA's delivery of the goods to the carrier shall constitute delivery to the buyer, after which the risk of loss or damage shall pass to the buyer. In the event of any delay, loss, or damage to the product during shipping. AiPCBA is not responsible for this. When this happens, please notify us in time, AiPCBA can provide information and help but depend on the situation.

10. Return/Refund Policy

• Any product provided by AiPCBA is custom designed by you (user), therefore, there is no return service for the product.
• If there is any problem with the products we produce, you (user) need to get in touch with our customer service and provide the problem pictures of the products and related problem descriptions. If the quality problem is really caused by AiPCBA, we will make compensation, and the compensation amount shall not exceed the order amount.

11. Copyright and Ownership

• All content displayed or displayed on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, images, videos, and illustrations ("Content"), is owned by AiPCBA, its licensors, suppliers, and/or its content providers. All elements of this website, including but not limited to general design and content, are protected by trade dress, copyright, moral rights, trademarks, and other intellectual property-related laws. Services and websites may only be used for the purposes for which such websites and services are provided. Unless otherwise stated in specific documents within this website, you have the right to view, play, print, and download documents and videos on our website, but only for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes. You may not modify any material, nor may you reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or works contained on this website. Unless authorized by copyright law, it is your responsibility to obtain permission before reusing any copyrighted material provided on the site. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, this website, its content, and all related rights remain the exclusive property of AiPCBA or its licensors. You may not remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the materials on these sites.

• Design files for manufacturing are provided by the customer, and AiPCBA's responsibility is to manufacture the product according to the customer's design. The client shall guarantee that its ownership and relevant intellectual property rights of the provided design files shall not infringe the intellectual property rights and any other legal rights of others, such as patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, etc.
• Any infringement or illegal issues arising from the documents provided by the customer, resulting in impact or loss to us, the customer will bear all relevant responsibilities, and AiPCBA will reserve the right to claim against the customer.

13. Confidentiality

• Suppliers and customers must keep all information they receive about the other party confidential, except for the information that is public or authorized by the copyright owner.
• "Confidential Information" means all confidential, proprietary or non-public information, technical and proprietary materials of the Discloser, including but not limited to: drawings, designs, processes, computer software; financial and sales information; information about business relationships or contracts information, customer information.

14. Statement of Responsibility

• In no event shall AiPCBA be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages(including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, or lost business opportunities)arising out of or in connection with any product. Even though AiPCBA has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
• AiPCBA's liability for any product shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the product, regardless of the legal theory underlying such liability claims, whether in contract, tort, warranty, or otherwise. You acknowledge that the amounts due for the Products are based in part on these limitations, and you further agree that these limitations shall apply notwithstanding the failure of any limited remedy of its essential purpose.
